I’m hooked now. This salad is a refreshing alternative to the heavier fall salads we’re typically accustomed to. Radishes are in abundance now, and I couldn’t be happier. They’re a natural immune booster, packed with vitamin C. They’re also a loaded vessel of cancer-fighting, beautifying, detoxifying antioxidants.
